What is the minimum age to use VyobraTok?

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–17 are placed in a teen-restricted mode with limited DMs, default private profile, and restricted gifting. Going live requires parental approval for users under 18.
Is VyobraTok free to use?

Yes — VyobraTok is completely free to download and use. Watching streams, following creators, and chatting costs nothing. Gifts and coins are purchased with real money, but gifting is always optional. There are no subscription fees.
Which devices support VyobraTok?

VyobraTok is available on Android (Android 8.0+) and iOS (iOS 13+). You can also browse streams on the web at vyobratok.com, though going live currently requires the mobile app.

Account & Login
How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? Enter your registered phone number or email. You'll receive a 6-digit OTP — enter it to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact us at info@vyobratok.com with your username and account details.
How do I change my username or profile photo?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile. You can update your display name, username (once every 30 days), bio, profile photo, and linked social accounts. Tap Save when done.
How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm via OTP. Please note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, followers, gifts, and stream history will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you wish to reconsider, email info@vyobratok.com within 7 days of deletion to request a recovery.
My account was hacked — what should I do?

Immediately email info@vyobratok.com with the subject line "Compromised Account". Include your username, registered phone/email, and any recent activity you noticed. Our security team will lock the account and begin recovery within 2 hours during business hours.

Going Live
How do I start a live stream?

Tap the + Go Live button at the top of the Explore page. Add a stream title, select a category (Gaming, Music, Cooking, etc.), choose your privacy setting, and hit Start Live. Your followers will be notified instantly. Ensure your profile is at least 7 days old to unlock the Go Live feature.
Why can't I go live on my account?

Go Live is available to accounts that are: at least 7 days old, have a verified phone number, and have not received a recent community guidelines strike. Teen accounts (under 18) also require parental approval. If you believe you should have access, email info@vyobratok.com.
How do I improve my stream quality?

For best results: use a stable Wi-Fi connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload), stream in a well-lit environment, keep your device plugged in, and close background apps. In Settings → Stream Quality, you can manually set your bitrate between 720p and 1080p depending on your connection speed.
Can I co-host a stream with another creator?

Yes! During a live stream, tap the Invite icon to send a co-host request to any creator who is currently online. Both parties must accept. Co-hosts appear in a split-screen view and share the stream's viewer count and gift revenue equally unless manually adjusted.

Gifts & Coins
How do I buy coins?

Go to Profile → Wallet → Buy Coins. Select a coin pack and complete payment via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking. Coins are credited instantly. Available packs range from ₹49 (65 coins) to ₹4,999 (7,000 coins). All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
Can I get a refund on coins or gifts?

Coin purchases are non-refundable once used as gifts. Unused coins may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the account is being deleted or in the event of a technical error. Contact info@vyobratok.com with your transaction ID for review.
How do creators withdraw their earnings?

Gifts received are converted to Diamonds. Go to Profile → Wallet → Withdraw. You can transfer Diamonds to your bank account or UPI ID once you reach the minimum threshold of ₹500. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days. KYC verification is required for first withdrawal.

How do I report a user or stream?

On any stream, tap the ⋯ More icon and select Report. Choose the reason (harassment, hate speech, spam, nudity, etc.) and submit. For urgent live content, tap the red SOS button — our team reviews flagged live streams within 5 minutes. You can also email info@vyobratok.com.
How do I block someone?

Visit the user's profile, tap the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner, and select Block. Blocked users cannot view your streams, send you messages, or see your profile. You can manage your block list under Settings → Privacy → Blocked Accounts.
How is my personal data used?

VyobraTok collects only the data necessary to operate the platform — including your name, phone number, device info, and usage patterns. We do not sell your data to third parties. Technical Issues
The app keeps crashing — what should I do?

Try these steps in order: 1) Force-close and reopen the app. 2) Check for app updates in the Play Store or App Store. 3) Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → VyobraTok → Clear Cache). 4) Uninstall and reinstall the app. If the issue persists, email info@vyobratok.com with your device model and Android/iOS version.
My stream has lag or buffering issues.

Buffering is usually caused by a weak internet connection. Switch to Wi-Fi if you're on mobile data, or move closer to your router. In Stream Settings, reduce your quality to 720p. Also close any apps running in the background that may be consuming bandwidth.
Notifications are not working.

Check that notifications are enabled for VyobraTok in your phone's Settings → Notifications. Inside the app, go to Settings → Notifications and ensure your preferred alerts (new followers, live streams, gifts) are turned on. If you still don't receive notifications, reinstall the app to re-register the push token.
