Keep VyobraTok Safe & Live
Our platform thrives when every creator, viewer, and gifter feels respected.
These guidelines exist to protect everyone — from your first stream to your millionth viewer.

- No threats of violence — Direct or implied threats against any individual, group, or community are strictly banned.
- No self-harm content — Do not broadcast, encourage, or glorify self-harm, suicide, or dangerous challenges.
- No dangerous activities on stream — Do not perform reckless stunts, handle weapons, or engage in illegal activity during live streams.
- No graphic violence — Real-world gore, graphic injury footage, or violent acts are prohibited regardless of context.
- Emergency situations — If you witness a genuine emergency on stream, use the SOS Report button. Our team reviews flagged content within 5 minutes.

Mental health resources: If you or someone you know is struggling, iCall India helpline is available at 9152987821. We partner with local crisis centers to provide in-app support.
- No targeted harassment — Repeatedly directing insults, hate, or aggressive messages at a specific person is not allowed.
- No doxxing — Sharing someone's private information (address, phone, workplace) without consent is a permanent ban offense.
- No coordinated attacks — Organising raids, brigades, or mass-reporting campaigns targeting another creator will result in account suspension.
- No impersonation — Pretending to be another creator, celebrity, or VyobraTok staff member is strictly prohibited.
- Constructive criticism is fine — Disagreeing with a creator or leaving critical feedback is allowed as long as it remains respectful and non-personal.

- Gaming, Music, Cooking, Fitness, Art — Fully encouraged. These are the heart of VyobraTok.
- Educational and informational streams — Tutorials, talks, and learning content are always welcome.
- Mature language or themes — Allowed for 16+ flagged streams. Use the Mature Content toggle in stream settings before going live.
- Nudity and sexual content — Explicit or sexually suggestive content is not permitted under any circumstances on VyobraTok.
- Drug use on stream — Actively consuming or promoting illegal substances during a live session is banned.
- Gambling streams — Streams promoting unregulated gambling or betting platforms are not allowed.
- CSAM is zero-tolerance — Any sexual content involving minors results in an immediate permanent ban and report to law enforcement.
- No grooming behaviour — Any attempt to solicit personal information from minors or build inappropriate relationships is banned.
- Minimum age is 13 — Users under 13 may not create an account. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be removed immediately.
- Parental controls — We encourage parents to use VyobraTok Family Pairing to manage content access for teen accounts.
- Teen accounts (13–17) — These accounts have restricted DMs, default private mode, and cannot receive gifts or go live without parental approval.

To report child safety concerns directly, email safety@vyobratok.com or use the in-app Report button on any stream or profile. All reports are reviewed by our dedicated Trust & Safety team within 1 hour.
- No hate speech — Content that attacks individuals or groups based on race, religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is prohibited.
- No extremist content — Promoting, glorifying, or recruiting for terrorist or extremist organisations is an immediate ban.
- No casteism or communal hatred — Given our large Indian community, content that promotes caste discrimination or communal tensions is especially closely monitored.
- Counter-speech is encouraged — Educational discussions addressing hate or discrimination are permitted and valued in our community.
- No follower or view buying — Purchasing fake followers, views, or engagement violates our terms and will result in account removal.
- No gift scams — Promising gifts or rewards in exchange for personal information or off-platform payments is strictly banned.
- No spam messaging — Mass unsolicited messages, repeated identical comments, or automated bot activity is prohibited.
- No misleading titles or thumbnails — Stream titles must accurately represent your content. Clickbait designed to deceive viewers is not permitted.
- Promotional content — Sponsored streams and brand deals are allowed. You must clearly disclose paid partnerships using the #Ad label in your stream title.
- No unlicensed music — Only stream music you own, have licensed, or that is available in VyobraTok's royalty-free music library.
- No rebroadcasting without permission — Streaming another creator's content without explicit permission is a copyright violation.
- Copyright claims — Repeated copyright strikes will result in stream muting, monetisation removal, or account suspension depending on severity.
- VyobraTok Music Library — Use our in-app music library for fully licensed tracks across genres — Bollywood, EDM, folk, hip-hop and more — completely free for all creators.

To submit a copyright or DMCA takedown request, contact ip@vyobratok.com. We respond to all valid claims within 48 hours.

First-time minor violations receive a formal warning with no immediate stream impact.

Suspension
Repeated or moderate violations result in a temporary ban of 1–30 days.

Permanent Ban
Severe violations including CSAM, doxxing, or repeated offences lead to permanent removal.

Law Referral
Illegal content is reported to relevant authorities and law enforcement.
- Appeals — If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal within 30 days via Settings → Help → Appeal a Decision.
- Transparency — We publish quarterly reports detailing moderation actions, appeals outcomes, and policy updates.
- Creator Support — Verified creators (100K+ followers) have access to a dedicated Trust & Safety liaison for faster resolution.
