This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information when you use our Platform — including the VyobraTok mobile app, website at vyobratok.com, and all related services.

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account registration details: name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth;
• Profile information: bio, profile photo, social links;
• Payment and billing information when purchasing Coins (processed by third-party payment processors);
• Communications you send us, including support requests and feedback;
• Content you create, stream, or share on the Platform.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers;
• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access;
• Usage data: streams watched, gifts sent, features used, session duration, search queries;
• Location data: approximate location derived from your IP address;
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).

2.3 Information from third parties

• If you sign in via Google, Apple, or another social account, we receive basic profile information from that provider;
• Analytics providers and advertising partners may share aggregated insights about your interactions;
• Payment processors share transaction confirmation data, but never full card details.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its features;
• Personalise your experience — including content recommendations and creator discovery;
• Process transactions, including Coin purchases and Diamond withdrawals;

4.1 Service providers

Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform — including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

4.2 Other users

Certain information is visible to other users by default, including your username, profile picture, bio, follower count, and public stream content. You can control some of this through your privacy settings.

4.3 Legal requirements

4.4 Business transfers

• Transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes;
• Log and usage data is typically retained for 12 months;
• Content you delete from the Platform is removed from active servers within 30 days, though copies may persist in backups for up to 90 days.

VyobraTok operates globally, serving users across 180+ countries. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

When transferring data from the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. By using the Platform, you consent to these transfers.

For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, VyobraTok acts as a data controller. Our legal bases for processing your data include: performance of a contract (providing the Platform), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Platform), compliance with legal obligations, and your explicit consent where required.

12.2 CCPA (California users)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete their personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform, email, or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
